Join Kiki Perez and take a moment to stretch and move your entire body from your fingers to your toes. Learn basic stretches that can be done on your own anytime anywhere.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Kiki is a health and wellness professional teaching clients from yoga, pilates to strength training for almost 10 years.
She is a 500 hours Yoga Certified teacher, stretching and flexibility trainer and Power Pilates Mat certified, Lagree Fitness certified and personal trainer. Working with all levels of fitness, she does her best to get each client stronger and more mobile. She works one on one with individuals and/or families.
