In this class you will learn about the benefits of herbs and mushrooms and how they improve our mental and physical health.


Mónica Campana is an artist, mother, wife, entrepreneur, and former athlete. She has a Master’s in Business Administration. She has also completed studies in Sports Nutrition and art. 
As an athlete, Monica learned early on that nutrition had a big impact on her performance. As a result, she continuously studied and experimented with different types of super foods.
