ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Mónica Campana is an artist, mother, wife, entrepreneur, and former athlete. She has a Master’s in Business Administration. She has also completed studies in Sports Nutrition and art. 
As an athlete, Monica learned early on that nutrition had a big impact on her performance. As a result, she continuously studied and experimented with different types of super foods.
