Extend your hand to Ecole du Village
Help us rebuild Ile-a-Vache, Haiti
In 2016, the eye of Hurricane Matthew passed only 35 miles west of Ile-a-Vache, Haiti. The 145-miles-per-hour winds and massive storm surge were devastating for the small island, where local residents took refuge in churches and schools, including Ecole du Village, the school that Flying High for Haiti sponsors. Most of the houses were flooded, suffered structural damage, and lost roofs. Since then, FHFH has been working to rebuild the houses of these families. This month, we are happy to announce the start of yet another construction that will provide safe housing to another family of the Ecole du Village community.
