Jennifer Santiesteban is a certified health and wellness coach in South Florida with a Master of Education in Health and Wellness. She helps clients achieve their everyday health and life goals by educating them in mental health, fitness, meal plans, and pantry makeovers. She also helps them coach their housekeepers and caretakers on feeding the smallest and oldest members of the family.
